eAccounts, the service that allows OHIO students, parents, faculty and staff to purchase Bobcat Cash with a credit card online, will be making some changes that will affect all users. The service will be transitioning their credit card payment gateway provider from Clear Commerce to Payment Express. As a result, preferred saved payment methods, credit card information and scheduled deposits will disappear from users’ eAccounts. This will affect approximately 10,715 customers, including faculty, staff, students and parents, who have created saved payments in eAccounts and 10 people who have scheduled deposits of Bobcat Cash set up in eAccounts. The switch will occur at the end of the business day on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. Users who have saved payment methods in eAccounts before May 8 will need to reenter their credit card information to purchase Bobcat Cash after that date. After May 8, customers will again be able to save their preferred payment method in eAccounts with the new credit card processor, Payment Express. Please email email@example.com with any questions.
