My Student Support Program, or My SSP, is a new service offered by Ohio University's Counseling and Psychological Services. This service is availble 24/7 to students at OHIO's regional campuses, students not residing in the state of Ohio, including international students, and OHIO Online students. Through the app, students can call or chat immediately with a Student Support Counselor or schedule a telephone or video counseling session. Students who are eligible to receive counseling through CPS' Telehealth service should still continue to do so.
There is multilingual support available to those using the application and this resource comes at no cost to students. Users can browse the digital library of helpful articles and videos, access unlimited Fitness Journeys through LIFT, an app-based fitness programs customized to your fitness level and goals that can be performed anywhere, at any time in addition to calling or chatting with a Student Support Counselor 24/7 in real-time or through a scheduled telephone or video session. Students can use the app or call direct 1.866.743.7732 (If calling from outside North America, dial 001.416.380.6578).
Users' information is confidential so no one – including family, friends, or professors – will ever know who used the program unless users choose to tell them. Learn more about My SSP.
