OHIO Catering invites everybody to its third-annual OHIO Catering Expo from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Aug. 21 in Baker University Center Ballroom to showcase the different ways in which customers can design, request and execute their perfect event.
During the expo, customers will learn how to take advantage of the mouthwatering OHIO Catering services with just a click on their phone through CaterZen, a new online purchasing platform from which customers can order food for their event any time of the day.
Through the app, Ohio University students, faculty, staff and community members can arrange services for events such as weddings, business conferences and University events.
The free admission, walk-in expo will teach people how to navigate CaterZen better with the help of information sessions, and some lucky attendees will be eligible for prizes every hour of the event.
OHIO Catering Assistant Manager Nicole Wires said the expo will also allow people to coordinate with vendors, such as Ohio University Parking and Transportation Services, Conference and Event Services, Ohio University Inn & Conference Center, OHIO Catering, Nelson Catering and others.
“The expo will be a one-stop shop since the interested customers can check in with our vendors to make sure they are thinking of everything for their event, such as parking, lodgings, food and such,” Wires said.
Sampling of new food items added to the updated menu will also be available. Free registration is available at bit.ly/catering-expo, so be sure to reserve a spot today.
