As another finals week approaches, it is important for students to stay healthy during this stressful period. Unfortunately, many students do not take the time to eat full meals during finals week, which only contributes to stress and exhaustion. Take time this month to remind students that while coffee is a great way to stay awake for an all-nighter, it is not a substitute for a healthy meal. Make sure they are taking time to head to the Dining Courts for a balanced meal and drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
