Dental
Dental screenings are held at Hope Clinic on Mondays. New patients need to arrive by 5:30pm. Patients are taken in order and only 6-8 are seen a week. You will have to fill out paperwork, and once it is completed and reviewed you will a dental screening. They will perform an exam and take x-rays of their main dental problem. Health Care
Hope clinic takes people of all ages who do not have medical or dental insurance and fall below the federal poverty guidelines. They can see if they are eligible for Medicaid on the ohiobenefits.org.
Vision
Hope Clinic offers eyecare vouchers. It is located at 475 Western Ave., Suite A, Chillicothe. The clinic operates on income-based need. Check your eligibility according to Prevent Blindness Ohio or call (740)-774-4606.

The Lions Club of Lancaster offers vision screenings and glasses. You can apply to get glasses through the Fairfield County 211. To qualify you need to be a resident of Fairfield County for at least 6 months, have proof of income, social security cards, and proof of address. The process takes 4-6 weeks.
