Cats' Cupboard
OHIO recognizes that some students may not have enough to eat on a daily or weekly basis. The Cats’ Cupboard food pantry provides students access to fresh, frozen, and shelf stable food options to help with hunger. Cats' Cupboard is located in Baker University Center, room 514.

Hours of Operation
The Cats’ Cupboard Food Pantry offers twice monthly pick-up of free food from the pantry. Pantry members can shop in person by appointment.

How can I donate food/items to Cats’ Cupboard?
Donations can be dropped off on the 2nd floor of Baker University Center at the donation station.
Donations are always needed. Please adhere to our donation guidelines:
- All items must have labels
- All items must be sealed
- No homemade goods, including baked goods and home-canned items
- Expired items will not be accepted; check expiration dates of all items that you plan to donate

What food/item donations does Cats’ Cupboard need the most?
Most-needed items include:
- Canned proteins (chicken, sardines, salmon)
- Rice noodles
- Black-eyed peas
- Cooking oil
- Canned beans
- Pasta/pasta sauce
- Dried garbanzo beans
- Dried milk
- Nuts
- Crackers
- Dried fruit
How can I donate money to Cats’ Cupboard?
To make a monetary donation to Cats’ Cupboard, visit the the giving page.
Employees can also give through Payroll Deduction [PDF].
A donation of $25 provides one student with a three-day supply of emergency food. Seventy-five dollars feeds one student and their two children with a three-day supply of emergency food.
