Counseling and Psychological Services is pleased to offer WellTrack, a self-guided interactive online therapy program. WellTrack is free and confidential to Ohio University students.
WellTrack can be accessed on most platforms both desktop and mobile.
To utilize WellTrack on your mobile device, download the WellTrack app either on the Apple App store or Google Play.
U-Lifeline provides a free suicide assessment and valuable information about depression and suicide prevention.
