Thirty-minute career coaching appointments offer time to discuss any career-related questions.

Drop-Ins

Monday–Friday, 11 a.m.–4:45 p.m.

Ten-minute career coaching drop-ins allow for brief feedback about a career-related need. These sessions are frequently used for quick resume feedback or for general questions about career and leadership development.

Leadership Coaching

Develop key skills essential to becoming a strong leader.

This unique experience can benefit you at any point during your education, and it equips you to independently achieve goals throughout your life to become a strong leader.

Leadership coaching consists of three, 30-minute appointments scheduled over the course of three weeks.

Mock Interviewing

Enhance your interviewing skills through a CLDC mock interview and gain valuable insights for improving your performance.

Appointments

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment time. Business casual or business professional dress is encouraged to practice a live interview setting, but it is not required for the mock interview. Bringing a copy of your current resume is also encouraged for the mock interview, but again not required.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you cannot come to an appointment, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to its start time through Handshake so someone else can schedule in this time slot. If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, we will note this a “no show" on your Handshake account. After two “no shows" you will be suspended from scheduling appointments for the remainder of the semester.

We emphasize eight leadership skills that are carefully selected based on research on the qualities of leaders across an array of fields. The skills are self-awareness, team development, problem solving, interpersonal development, adaptability, well-being, intercultural competency and innovation.

Through a variety of opportunities, including leadership coaching, leadership certificates and Pepsi Scholars, you can identify the best way to foster these skills in yourself and reach your full potential.
