The Fairs

Career and Internship Fair

Fall Semester: September 26, 2018
Spring Semester: February 13, 2019

Network with thousands of Ohio University students during the bi-annual Career and Internship Fair. The CLDC offers a university-wide fair open to all industries during September and February of each year. Maximize your time and connect with students from all academic backgrounds. Follow up your time at the fair with interviews by taking part in Interview Days.

Non-Profit and Service Fair

Connect with service focused candidates seeking opportunities within non-profit and service organizations. This industry-specific event offers non-profit organizations a budget-friendly opportunity to target interested students for internships, volunteer, and full-time positions.

Teacher Job Fair

April 1, 2019

Network with top education candidates from Ohio University and surrounding area universities. The CLDC hosts an annual Teacher Job Fair in April that is highly attended by Ohio University education majors. Organized as a networking and interviewing event, the fair provides employers and candidates an opportunity to consider numerous options.

Baker University Center Garage and Meters

Baker University Center offers convenient, central parking locations in the Baker parking garage and metered surface Lot 122.

ParkMobile App

Metered spaces are available in Lot 122 and throughout campus. Payment for metered spaces can be managed by ParkMobile app. This app allows visitors to add time to the meter from a smartphone. It will also send reminders when time is running low.

ParkMobile is also used by Athens city meters.

Sending Materials for Events

Each organization attending a career fair-style event will have one table (unless they registered and paid for multiple tables). The table dimensions are between 60”x30” and 72”x30". We recommend bringing materials that will fit within that space.

Materials being shipped for events should be sent to the Career & Leadership Development Center. Employers are responsible for making arrangements with their preferred carrier for return of materials. Carriers can pick up items from our office.
