Career and Leadership Workshops Begin September 8, 2020

Beginning Tuesday, September 8th, the CLDC Student Ambassador team will facilitate two workshops each Tuesday to help students build career and leadership skills remotely. Completing these programs is free, open to any Ohio University community member, and does not require advance registration.

To see a complete list of upcoming events, check out Handshake or the Ohio University Events Calendar. Programming on September 8th kicks-off with Keys to Networking Success from 6:00pm - 7:00pm (EDT), followed by Understanding Emotional Intelligence from 7:00pm - 8:00pm (EDT). Both workshops will be hosted through Microsoft Teams, with event links listed below.

Students are invited to complete workshops based on areas of interest and need. You can also choose to work toward one of our popular training programs - the Career Readiness Training Program or the 21st Century Leadership Program. These programs can be completed through live-remote offerings (detailed above) or through our pre-recorded workshop offerings.

The three required workshops are Keys to Networking Success, Creating the Perfect Resume and Cover Letter, and Job Search and Interviewing.
