The Career and Leadership Development Center is excited host two new C10 (Career in 10) events this spring, March 23 and April 20, both from 5 p.m. - 6.p.m. (ET).
C10 panels provide an opportunity for students and others from untapped populations to connect with diversity-centered employers to learn about the company's diversity initiatives to help build an inclusive work environment and employment opportunities. C10 panels feature three 10-minute presentations from each employer, followed by a 15-minute question and answer segment to learn about companies' diversity and inclusion initiatives, employment opportunities, and workplace culture.
This event is designed to educate students whose social identities - including (but not limited to) gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, national origin, veteran status, and (dis)ability - need increased opportunities for employment and representation in the workplace.
This event is hosted by Tamika Williams, the Assistant Director for Diversity & Inclusion in the Career and Leadership Development Center. Please contact Tamika with questions about this event at firstname.lastname@example.org.
