About the CLDC
At the Career and Leadership Development Center, “Early, often, and forever” is more than a slogan. It's an essential practice in reaching one’s aspirations and potential. We know that the achievement of a satisfying career happens when you start early and try often—and we’ll support you in that process, forever. We recognize career and leadership development are lifelong processes of achieving goals through tiny steps and simple actions. Our nationally-recognized, award-winning services rooted in Brain Based Career Development are designed to engage you from your first day as a Bobcat. Through one-on-one coaching, skill-building workshops, leadership development programs and interactive career and leadership courses, as well as career exploration and job search events, the CLDC prepares you to define and independently pursue your professional goals from your first position after college and throughout your evolving career.
