Attending the event, but not registering for CEU Credit: Complete the Counselor Day Registration Form and submit. You will be registered to attend the event on November 1, 2019.
 
Kentucky Counselors: EILA credits have been aproved for this event at no additonal fee.
 
Attending the event, and registering and paying for CEU Credit: Complete the        form and submit.

If you are attending for CEU credit through eLearning Ohio please register using the Counselor Day Registration Form and complete the Ohio University online payment form:

0.35 CEU credits available. CEU Credit Cost is $15

*Please use the "Ironton Community Education" form and enter "Counselor Day" for the course title.
