Are you a creative writer? The editors of Envoi, the Southern Campus literary magazine, are seeking submissions of poetry, fiction and nonfiction essays for three upcoming issues.
Produced and edited by undergraduate English and Education majors at Ohio University Southern, Envoi is divided into three distinct anthologies by genre: fiction, nonfiction and poetry written by Ohio University Southern students.
Students may submit creative work in any or all genres. Students will also be asked to include a brief bio (50-100 words), which should accompany all submissions.
Students may submit work in each genre; however, any submissions disregarding these guidelines will not be read or considered. Proofread your work carefully before sending it in.
Please email faculty advisor Dr. Hayley Haugen with questions: firstname.lastname@example.org
The deadline for submissions is 11:59 p.m., Friday, Oct. 30, 2020.
Preferred standards and practices for each genre are as follows:

Envoi's Fiction Volume is accepting short and flash fiction pieces of up to 15 pages (though shorter is preferred). Please follow the Modern Manuscript Format as detailed in Shunn, the proper manuscript format webpage. All genres of fiction are welcome; students may submit up to two stories.
