Would you like to hire an intern for a semester? Do you have specific tasks that require the skills of a Scripps College student but you don't know how to go about making it happen?
If you have substantive work for one of our very talented students and can give the guidance and evaluation that is important to our students and faculty, we'd love to discuss establishing an internship with you. Most full-time internships are 10 weeks or 200 hours, and academic credit can be earned with consent from a faculty adviser. Please enter your information below.

Scripps College of Communication encourages you to check out Bobcat CareerLink. This is Ohio University’s one-stop resource for internships, co-ops and full-time employment. Once you have created your account, you will have 24/7 access to post jobs, review student resumes, request on-campus interviewing dates and many other recruiting services.
To create an account, please visit https://ohio-csm.symplicity.com/employers/ and click on "Register". Then just follow the instructions and create an account. Contacts for the account will need to use a company email address, as we do not accept Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, Live accounts (or others ) for employers.
Once you have completed all the information needed, click on submit. When we receive your request to register and it is approved, you will be sent an email with your username and password from the Career & Leadership Development Center. Once you have your username and password information, you will be able to login and post open positions, search résumés, sign up for On-Campus Recruiting, and register for Career Fairs.
Special note that when you are completing your company profile you will need to make sure the Job Function and Industry is noted so you will target Scripps College students. Please be sure to mark Communications, Media, Printing/Publishing in the Industry when registering.
When posting a position, please don’t forget to identify the Job Function category to Advertising Manager/PR, Communication, Design, Entertainment, Games & Animation, Human Resources, Journalism, Music Production & Recording, Non-Profit Organization, Photography, Public Advocacy, Public Relations, Research & Development, Screen Writing/Production, Social Media, Social Services and Telecom/Networking since this will assist our students in looking for internships.
