    The Kiplinger Program in Public Affairs Journalism at Ohio University will embark on a new avenue of education for its annual fellowship when it hosts its new class in April 2022. The program, located within the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism and Scripps College of Communication, will transition from teaching digital media skills to focusing on the reporting of the most pressing issues of our time.

    Emily Mullin, BSJ ’10, is among this year’s Knight Science Journalism Project Fellows at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). A prestigious mid-career program for science writers, editors and multimedia journalists, the fellowship supports projects related to science, health, technology and the environment and provides fellows a stipend, a budget for project related expenses and access to MIT resources.

Scripps School of Journalism is honoring Georgetown, Ohio native by hosting the Carr Van Anda Symposium on campus and virtually October 19.
