The ORSP Service Center is a LEO module that enables you to make a request for service and track it through to completion. Faculty and staff may continue to contact their assigned managers directly for service, but ORSP encourages you to use the Service Center as an efficient and effective way to manage your communications with the office. In addition, the Service Center will help us enhance our customer service by allowing us to track and analyze the types of service requests we receive. We hope that you will find this new service useful and welcome your feedback.
Faculty members can also initiate a service ticket directly through LEO without having to send an email to ORSP. We are very excited about this new feature and hope that you will take full advantage of the enhancement.
To initiate a request, simply email email@example.com, call 740-597-ORSP (6777), contact your assigned manager, or create a service ticket in the ORSP Service Center module of LEO. You will receive an email from the ORSP Service Center with a ticket number and a link to the ticket in LEO.
