Pivot maintains a database of various funding types (fellowships, research, travel, equipment acquisition, etc.) from public and private, domestic and international sources. This resource is available to all Ohio University faculty, staff and students to search for external funding opportunities in the sciences, social sciences, humanities, and community outreach. Transition from Leo to Pivot

For many years the Office of the Vice President for Research and Creative Activity through the ORSP has distributed funding opportunities weekly through Leo.  We are very excited to announce the transition from Leo to Pivot for funding opportunity distribution. This new process will eliminate redundancy, increase utilization of our Pivot subscription, and anticipate the transition of Leo to a new electronic research administration system later this year. If you have not yet transitioned your profile from Leo to Pivot, please contact the ORSP Service Center for assistance.

Weekly Opportunity Announcement Newsletter

Each week the Office of the Vice President for Research and Creative Activity distributes an online publication of curated funding opportunities and related news. These opportunities match your group or departmental affiliation, based on a wide range of disciplinary categories. For a customized search matching your individual research profile, please log on to Pivot and save your individual search parameters using the “Advanced Search” and “Save Search” features.  For assistance with this process, please contact the ORSP Service Center.
