Chip Rice, Sponsored Programs Manager

We are happy to announce that we have hired Chip Rice as a Sponsored Programs Manager in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. Chip joined the ORSP White Team on April 1st. Prior to working in ORSP, Chip spent the last decade working in the Patton College of Education as a Grant Development Coordinator. Prior to Ohio University, Chip also worked as a Programs Manager in Virginia and an Environmental Specialist and Environmental Programs Manger.  Chip brings extensive knowledge of grants management and development, internal Ohio University processes, and project management to this new position in our unit and we look forward to working with him.

Cayuse Updates

ORSP continues to work with Cayuse on its Proposal and Award Modules.  ORSP thanks the Grant Leadership @OU (GLOU) group for their input.  Want to learn more about Cayuse?  Visit our Cayuse webpage.   Any individuals wanting to create proposals in our test environment to become more familiar with the system should contact cayuse@ohio.edu.
