Courses listed below will have a combined sections examination. Each examination period is two hours. Instructors will notify students of the day, time, and room in which the combined section examination will be held. Please note courses are not listed alphabetically (see note).

Note: If a combined sections examination conflicts with a regularly scheduled exam, the instructor of the combined sections examination will schedule an alternate time with those students affected by the conflict. When a student finds a conflict between two combined sections examinations, the student will report to the instructor in charge of the first of the two as listed in the combined sections final examination schedule above before the opening of the examination period. This instructor will plan a special examination for the student. If a student has an additional conflict, the student will report to the instructor in charge of the second of the two courses as listed in the combined sections final examination schedule above. This instructor will arrange for an examination in this course at another time during the examination period.

Additional requests from instructors for combined sections examinations have been processed by the Office of the University Registrar at a lower priority ranking in the scheduling process, and therefore, appear at the top of the list of the combined sections final examination schedule.

Students will not have more than three finals, exams, or other culminating experiences, due on the same day. If students have more than three on the same day, they can appeal to the instructor with the exam that is due at the latest time on that day. If there are multiple exams due at the same time the student will contact the instructor with the highest alpha/numeric course (subject and catalog number) to request an alternative day/time. Since all faculty will identify the due date for their final exam or experience on their course syllabus, students will work with their instructor on a resolution by the thirteenth week of the semester. If a faculty member changes the due date of their final exam or experience after the start of the semester, the faculty member will be responsible for helping students resolve any due date conflict.
