About De-Stress With Campus Recreation
De-Stress With Campus Recreation provides a variety of programming that allows for Bobcats to participate in evidence-based activities and programs that serve as outlets for coping with the stress of every day life as a college student. De-Stress With Campus Recreation will provide activities that enhance your physical and mental well-being, including yoga, hiking, painting with therapy dogs, and mindfulness sessions. These De-Stress services are brought to you in collaboration with Campus Recreation's Well-Being & Fitness program area and Counseling & Psychological Services (CPS).
*More information regarding specific offerings and dates will be coming this Summer, as these in-person programs will be scheduled for the Fall Semester.
