Patron Classifications:

Student: Ohio University, enrolled for current academic semester (University ID required)
SUMMER USE: Students enrolled in summer Session 1 or 2 have access to the Ping Center covered in their general fee.

Not Enrolled Student: Ohio University students that were enrolled the previous or upcoming semester but not enrolled currently. This includes students interested in using the facility during summer session when they are not enrolled in classes (University ID required).

Faculty/Staff: Ohio University, current full-time, part-time, or retired university employee. (University ID required)

Adult: age 17 and above--Alumni; Community; Spouse of OU student, faculty/staff as listed above. Domestic partners as defined by OHIO Human Resources http://www.ohio.edu/hr

Child: age 16 and under- must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are not permitted on weight or cardio equipment.

Family: 2 adults + 2 children; extra costs for additional child

Children 5-12 - admitted only during Family Hours listed on facility information page.

Children 4 and under - only permitted in Business Office or on a tour of the facility.

*All people entering the facility (exception of children) must have a form of photo ID.

To purchase a membership for any Campus Recreation Facility:

Visit the Campus Recreation Business Office located in the Ping Center, Room 142.
Office hours 8am - 4:45pm Monday - Friday. Phone number 593-9901. Membership access to the ping center is handled through the university ID card. At the time of purchase, instructions will be provided on how to obtain an ID card.
