Personal Training

Our personal training program encourages participants to make physical activity an integral part of their life. One hour session packages include a fitness assessment and one-on-one training with a personal trainer. The assessment must be completed before the sessions occur.

Fitness Assessments
The fitness assessment programs are designed to evaluate your health and fitness including your current fitness level and health risk for disease. Five tests will be conducted to measure your cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, body composition, and flexibility.
 
Body Composition: $15
Fitness Assessment: $30
 
 
Personal Fitness Training

Hour Session Packages include a fitness assessment and one-on-one training with a personal trainer. The assessment must be completed before the sessions occur. All massage and personal training packages/gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase.

Refund Policy:

  • A refund will only be given if the client requests the refund within 30 days of the purchase date, still has the original receipt that is given at the time of purchase from the Fitness Desk, and has not completed any sessions or the initial fitness assessment with his/her assigned personal trainer.
  • Personal Training packages will expire if there is 30 days of inactivity without communicating the reason. As long as there is no 30 day inactivity without notifying the trainer, packages can be carried from semester to semester and over breaks.
  • A medical related refund will be given for any fitness service as long as proof of illness/injury/new condition from a doctor is presented stating that one is no longer able to participate.
