Bobcat BarBELLES Women's Strength Training Program

BarBELLES in an 8-week program designed to teach strength training fundamentals, provide fitness and nutrition information and build confidence in and out of the weight room. It consists of weekly presentations on women's fitness and wellness topics on Mondays from 5-6 p.m., as well as small group sessions once per week where you will learn the fundamentals of performing barbell lifts.

When: Begins Monday, September 18, from 5-6 p.m. and continues for 8 weeks. Times vary depending on participant availability. 

Where: Ping Center Weight Room

Cost: $50 -  Registration includes a Bobcat BarBELLES tank top.

OHIO FIT Exercise Program

OHIO FIT is a 10-week series that provides participants with an exercise program based on their individual goals. It includes a weekly meeting with a personal trainer and their group to discuss progress.

When:  Begins Monday, September 18, and continues for 10 weeks. Time determined based on participant availability. 

Where: Ping Center Meeting Rooms 

Cost: $50

ACE Certification Prep Course

This course offers an opportunity for students and staff to be educated and prepared to become a certified personal trainer or group fitness instructor. Will also be an opportunity for our current staff to gain teaching experience. This also provides a good potential pool of job candidates for our program depending on our staffing needs.

When : September 25 - November 17
