9-week program designed to teach strength training fundamentals, provide fitness and nutrition information, and build confidence in and out of the weight room. The program begins February 4. The program consists of weekly presentations on women's fitness and wellness topics on Mondays from 5-6pm, as well as a once per week small group session where you will learn the fundamentals of performing barbell lifts.

8-week series that will prepare attendees to take either the Group Fitness or Personal Training Certification through the American Council on Exercise. *Participation in the ACE Prep Program also includes a discount for both exams.
When: Not offered spring semester
12-week series that provides participants with an exercise program design based on their goals, and a weekly meeting with a Personal Trainer and their group to discuss progress. Begins January 20. Weekly meeting will be determined by participant availability.
