Come dance your heard out at Cardio with Cupid this Valentine's Day! This cardio dance class is open to anyone who wants to feel the love with Ping Fitness this Valentine's Day. 


Go for the Gold

When: Date and time TBD
Where: Group Fitness Room in Ping Center

Get jiggy with it with Ping Fitness this St. Patrick's Day! This fitness class will be entirely St. Patty's Day-themed, so come ready to go for the (pot of) gold! 


Wake Up Wednesday Cycling

When: Wednesdays from 7-8 a.m. starting January 11
Where: Group Fitness Room in Ping Center 

This early morning cycling class is for students who like to get their blood pumping immediately after waking up! Start your Wednesdays off right during spring semester with this great cardio cycling class. 


Wellness Wednesdays

When: February 8 & 22, March 15 & 29, April 4 & 19, 5 p.m.
Where: Ping Center Meeting Rooms

On two Wednesdays a month, join Ping Fitness to learn about wellness! The goal of this series is to provide an opportunity for students and faculty to learn about different areas of wellness and how they relate to daily life as a college student. The different sessions aim to enhance awareness for how Campus Recreation's services help promote wellness at Ohio University. 


Yoga to Live Music

When: Monday, March 20, time TBD
Where: Group Fitness Room in Ping Center

Bring in the first day of spring with Ping Fitness and a yoga session to live music! This class will follow a regular yoga class format, but will feature an acoustic guitar performance.
