Yoga on the Lawn
Thursdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Thursdays August 25-September 29 come enjoy yoga on the Ping Center front lawn! free for enrolled students and Ping Center members
Begins Monday September 12 5-6 p.m.
This 8 week program is designed to teach women weight lifting techniques so they feel comfortable in the weight room. Information and registration can be done on www.recshop.ohio.edu
ACE Prep Course
Begins September 19 Monday & Wednesday 6-8 p.m.
Interested in becoming a personal trainer or a group fitness instructor? The ACE Certification Prep Course costs $50 and registration is done through www.recshop.ohio.edu
OHIO Fit Club
Begins September 19
10 week fitness program designed with a trainer and group meeting. Registration is $50 and can be done on www.recshop.ohio.edu
Recharge on Reading Day
Monday October 3 1-4 p.m.
Come to Ping Center on Reading Day and enjoy chair massages, mini group fitness classes, foam rolling demos, de-stress demos, healthy things, and a chance to play with puppies!
