BarBelles 2.0

Looking to improve squats, overhead press, deadlift and bench press? Join us for Bobcat BarBelles 2.0, a nine-week exercise training program! Prior completion of the fall BarBelles program is not required to participate, but particpants should have some prior experience performing barbell movements and should not have any medical conditions which prohibit them from being able to participate safely in an exercise program.

When : Program begins on Monday, Feb. 5
Cost:  $50 (includes BarBelles tank top!)

OHIO Exercise Program Design 

Looking for a personalized exercise program this spring? Join us for the OHIO Exercise Program Design, a 10-week series that provides participants with an exercise program based on their personal goals, including weekly meetings with a personal trainer.

When : First meeting on Sunday, Feb. 4 at 3:00 p.m., Ping Center Meeting Rooms
Cost:  $50 
Registration:  Register at the Ping Center front desk or at www.recshop.ohio.edu.

Go for the Gold with Fitness! 

Participate in our "Go for the Gold" fitness program in celebration of St. Patrick's Day! Attend one Group Fitness class each day for a week (starting Monday, March 4) at the Ping Center and get your punch card stamped to be entered to win a prize. Punch cards will be available at the front desk of the Ping Center and in the Group Fitness room. Remember to turn in your punch card to the comment box by Friday. March 9! The winner will be picked on St. Patrick's Day at 6:30 p.m.

Cost:  Free for OHIO students! Group Fitness classes available at the Ping Center.
Registration:  No registration required. Be sure to show up to your favorite Group Fitness classes early to secure your spot! 

Moms Weekend Yoga Event

Looking for a fun activity to do with your mom during Moms Weekend? Join us at the Ping Recreation Center for an hour of yoga and relaxation! 

When : Saturday, April 7 at 3:30 p.m.
Where:  Ping Recreation Center, Group Fitness room
Cost:  Free for OHIO students and their moms
Registration:  No registration required. Be sure to show up to the Group Fitness room early to secure your spots!

Our new, free workshop series provides participants the opportunity to learn about different areas of wellness and how they relate to everyday life.
