OHIO Fit Club

Looking for a personalized exercise program this spring? Join us for the OHIO Fit Club, a 12-week series that provides participants with an exercise program based on their personal goals, including weekly meetings with a personal trainer.

When : Begins January 20
Cost:  $50

BarBelles 2.0

Looking to improve squats, overhead press, deadlift and bench press? Join us for Bobcat BarBelles 2.0, a nine-week exercise training program! Prior completion of the fall semester BarBelles program is not required to participate, but particpants should have some prior experience performing barbell movements and should not have any medical conditions which prohibit them from being able to participate safely in an exercise program.

When : Program begins February 4, 2019
Cost:  $50 (includes BarBelles tank top!)
