Synchronized Skating

OUSST 13-14

Ohio University Synchronized Skating Team is a club team at Ohio University compiled of all full time Ohio University Students. They are in the open collegiate division, and compete up to six times a year at various competitions against other schools such as Miami, Notre Dame, and Ohio State. The team consists of 8-16 skaters. Throughout the course of a season you will learn a synchronized skating program up to 3 min. long to music which the coach picks out. You will learn what it means to be on a team and make lifelong friends along the way.

The Ohio University Synchronized Skating Team is self-coached and self-funded. They are one of the few teams in the Open Collegiate division that is self-coached and have gotten much recognition because of the hard work it requires. Last year OUSST had many accomplishments such as placing third at regionals, and being awarded Ohio University Club Team of the Year!
