With Campus Rec Summer Camp, your child will enjoy a variety of activities that Campus Recreation has to offer including swimming at the Aquatic Center, climbing the rockwall at Ping Recreation Center, arts and crafts, learning and developing skills in new sports, and building new friendships through teambuilding and ice breaker activities.
Dates: June 3 - August 16
Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Drop-off begins at 7:45 a.m. and pick-up through 5:00 p.m.)

Cost: $150/Week ($75 Deposit/child due at registration)

Session 1: June 3 – 7: Let’s Move
Campers will exercise their gross and fine motor skills while enjoying a variety of sports and games designed to build concentration, strength, speed and skill. Days are balanced with games and amusing activities that promote wellness and health. Learn, play and improve sports skills while having fun!
Session 2: June 10 – 14: Goin’ Green
Goin’ Green camp days begin with entertaining, age-appropriate eco-friendly lessons on ways to help keep the earth green. Campers will participate in activities in the sciences and arts that focus on teaching sustainability.
Session 3: June 17 – 21: Bobcat Adventure
Campers will meet and compete with their peers and show off their Bobcat pride! Teams will create camp-themed banners, songs, cheers and mascots. Campers will end the week with a Battle of the Bobcats challenge.
Session 4: June 24 – 28: Around the World
This week campers will go on a trip around the world. They will create new lands, make flags, and learn about different cultures. This week will feature a variety of cultures across the globe through art, games, songs and hands on experiences; along with the usual summer camp fun.
Session 5: July 8 – 12: Nature Unleashed
Campus Rec Summer Camp will be partnering with Outdoor Pursuits to engage in crafts and activities centered on nature. Campers will explore the natural environment after attaining skills like compass-reading mapmaking.
Session 6: July 15 – 19: Campers Got Talent
Campus Rec campers have talent! This week will culminate in a camp wide talent show. Parents and family can join Friday to watch their camper perform their talent for the whole camp audience! A sure celebration and a perfect send off to the weekend. Campers will enjoy practicing their talents to perform Friday!
Session 7: July 22 – 26: Shark Week
Come to camp and learn about the ocean’s greatest predator. Campers will explore water sports that will make everyone’s fins go up. Sharks and minnows, predator and prey and other fun crafts will be had by all.
Session 8: July 29 – August 2: Heroes
Heroes Week activities and games will focus on local heroes and superheroes. Campers will have a blast reenacting their favorite superheroes, discovering their own super human abilities and learning more about firefighters, police, EMTs and more.
Session 9: August 5 – 9: Summer Camp Olympics
It's a week full of meets, relays, games and chances to win a medal. Campers can sign up for the diving board contest, get loose to compete in the relay, find a partner for the corn-hole competition, compete in the Camp Dodgeball Game and much more!
Session 10: August 12 – 16: Camper vs. Counselor Week
Campers and counselors will face off in a variety of tasks, activities and games throughout the week. In everything from Minute to Win It to sport games, campers can chose which counselor they want to compete against and with.

The Camp Hotline is only available during camp hours. We will have access to this hotline at all times in the event that a parent needs to reach the camp staff. This number will not be turned on until Summer Camp starts. Campus Hotline: 740-274-6939.
