November 26, 2014 : Bobcat Invasion Event at Ashland Town Center Mall Highlights Academic Offerings at Ohio University Southern
Ohio University Southern Campus will host its Fourth Annual “Bobcat Invasion” community event at the Ashland Town Center Mall on Friday, December 5th from 5-9 pm. During the evening, University faculty, staff and students will provide information about more than 30 degree and certificate programs, as well as share their unique experiences from being at the Southern campus.  Information tables representing the various educational programs will be on display throughout the mall corridors.
As a college partner with the Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarships (KEES) program, Ohio University Southern offers tuition discounts in the amount of KEES earned.  Additionally, Kentucky residents living in Boyd, Carter, Elliot, Fleming, Greenup, Lawrence, Lewis, Mason and Rowan counties receive in-state tuition rates at Ohio University Southern, as part of a reciprocal agreement between the two states.
This fun-filled ‘Bobcat Invasion’ event includes door prizes and giveaways, as well as a special performance by the Ohio University Southern Community Band.
Applications for enrollment will be available and accepted for prospective students interested in enrolling for the spring or fall semesters of 2015, with those fees waived for anyone who applies at the event. Spring classes begin on January 12, 2015.
