July 24, 2014 : New at Ohio University Proctorville Center
Ohio University’s Proctorville Center will hold and informational “Open House” event on Tuesday, July 29th from 5pm to 7pm about two academic programs that will be offered at the facility starting this fall semester.
 
Students interested in pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing can complete their first year of pre-requisite and support classes at the Proctorville Center, earning valuable credits towards applying for admission into the nursing program.
 
Additionally, anyone interested in earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work can take the first two years of courses at the Proctorville Center.  Classes begin August 25th.
 
During the two-hour “Open House” event, Ohio University Southern faculty and staff will be available to explain both programs. Appointments for academic advising may be scheduled, as well.  Light refreshments will be provided.

*Completion of coursework does not guarantee acceptance into the Nursing Program. An official application process is required.
