Narrative
On Sunday, November 23, 2014 at 3:13 a.m., OUPD was notified by an anonymous female that her female friend was raped on Morton Hill by an unknown male on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at around 2:00 a.m. The caller reported her friend was walking alone down Morton Hill and was attacked by a white male described above. Due to the anonymous nature of this report, OUPD is unable to investigate this case further at this time; however, if you have information that may be pertinent to the safety of the community, you are encouraged to contact OUPD at 740-593-1911.
