From staff reports

The Ohio University Office of Summer Sessions will be hosting its fourth annual Summer Fest from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, in Baker University Center 240.

Summer Fest is an informational fair hosted for students to learn more about Summer Sessions and the activities and university services that are available during the summer. There will be a variety of tables set up with information on housing, financial aid, online classes, study abroad, campus recreation and more.

Free food, T-shirts, music and cornhole will be provided. A free Summer Session scholarship will be up for grabs for those who register.

Whether your plans are to go home and work, complete an internship, study abroad or catch up on classes, Summer Sessions has a flexible class schedule that can fit into any student's plans. Students can take classes online from any location or complete traditional classes in Athens or at one of OHIO's five regional campuses.

Web registration for Summer Sessions begins April 6. For more information, go to www.ohio.edu/summer or send an e-mail to summer.session@ohio.edu.
