Flu Facts: Focus on hand-washing

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), up to 80 percent of disease is transmitted through hand-to-hand contact. We often take washing our hands for granted, but this simple act is the first line of defense against sickness, including H1N1 and seasonal influenza. This video offers tips that may improve your hand-washing technique and your chances of staying healthy.
