A special historical point of pride for Ohio University is that its beginnings are intertwined with the early days of our nation's history. Retired Trustee Professor of English Literature Sam Crowl reveals how OHIO founders Rufus Putnam and Manasseh Cutler are linked with key figures who shaped America's history, including George Washington and Benjamin Franklin.
