Time to review and update campus directory information

It is time to submit updated information for the 2008-2009 edition of the campus directory. Responses for both individual employee listings and office listings (the green pages) are needed.

The instructions for the two sections are different and are listed below:

Employee information

Preprinted Campus Directory Information Forms are in the mail to all departments for distribution to employees.

All benefits-eligible employees need to review the information and make any necessary changes on the form. Adjunct faculty and term administrators (formerly known as Group III) will not receive the form as these positions are not printed in the directory.

The forms need to be initialed and returned to University Human Resources no later than Sept. 30. Forms are to be returned even if there are no changes. Return employee information forms to University Human Resources, Human Resources and Training Center, 169 W. Union St.

Late return of the form may result in incorrect information being published in the university's campus directory.

Office information

An official department or office representative should review the current office listing in the offices section of the directory (green pages). All updates to the offices section must be submitted, with approval from the department head, via campus mail or e-mail to Shelly Ramey at rameys@ohio.edu no later than Monday, Oct. 6.

Minor changes may be submitted via inline e-mail text or with a marked printout of the current listing sent via campus mail. Substantial changes must be submitted via e-mail as an attachment in MS Word or MS Excel format.  Each e-mail submitted will receive a confirmation e-mail, and all responses will receive a faxed proof in 24 to 48 hours.  Please use "08-09 Campus Directory" as the subject line of all e-mail messages.
