University Human Resources is beginning to plan a Leadership Development Program for administrators and has launched a survey to help it identify what areas and topics are important for the current and future development of staff members.
A link to the survey to help determine topics has been sent to administrators and classified employees. Responses are requested by Friday, June 5. The survey will take less than five minutes to complete and will help University Human Resources address the needs of departments and individuals across campus.
