ATHENS, Ohio (Jan. 10, 2007) -- Ohio University will be closed Monday, Jan. 15, in observance of the national Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday. The closure includes all five regional campuses and the College of Osteopathic Medicine.
The university will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 16, operating under normally scheduled hours.
Traditionally, Martin Luther King Jr. Day is to be spent in service to others. In honor of King's legacy, the university has planned some volunteer activities, which can be found on the link below.
During the holiday weekend, campus dining hall hours and Baker University Center hours are subject to change. For the official schedule, follow the link listed below.
