President's Duties:
The primary duty of the President is effective leadership and guidance of the chapter and of its functions.

Vice President's Duties:
The Vice President works closely with the President and must be prepared to replace the President if absent. The Vice President is in charge of helping Chapter members prepare for law school through LSAT review sessions and administering practice tests.

Secretary's Duties:
The Secretary is crucial to maintaining a well run Chapter. The Secretary takes and reads minutes of what has transpired at Chapter meetings. It is the secretary's responsibility to convey all information to the general membership on a regular basis. The Secretary maintains a official listing of the roll of members and faculty advisors.

Treasurer's Duties:
The Treasurer is the trustee of the chapter funds, and is the chief financial officer and fiscal advisor to the chapter. The Treasurer is responsible for the proper receipt and disbursement of all Chapter funds.

Pledge Educators Duties:
The Pledge Educator is the liason between the pledges and the current members of the Chapter. The Pledge Educator is in charge of running pledge meetings and keeping track of pledge requirements and the completion of them. It is essential that the Pledge Educator focuses on informing the pledges of the ideals of Phi Alpha Delta.
