Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture
Ohio University’s Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture provides a human-centered learning experience that enables you to solve interior space challenges through creative exploration, research, assessment, and understanding the needs of people working and living in shared spaces. You will study interior design with faculty who have real-world experience from nearly every segment of the field. The industry software technology-based curriculum provides students with a range of creative opportunities and a foundation of skills to explore the world of design.
What courses will you take?
Classes will explore design fundamentals, design analysis, programming, space planning, lighting design, sustainability and environmental impact, technical information, and more.
This degree prepares students for entry-level positions in the interior design profession, as well as leadership positions in management and design.
Flexible Online Format
With asynchronous coursework and flexible advising, you can complete your degree on your own schedule. You can start whenever you’re ready—fall, spring, or summer semesters.
- Required: Applicants are required to submit a personal statement which describes why they are interested in pursuing studies in Interior Architecture. Personal statements may be submitted in the essay section of the application or emailed to email@example.com.
