Service Description

The Surveys Service provides training, support, and access to technology tools that support instructors, students, and staff in their research, class and instructor evaluations, and general survey activities.

Surveys

The surveys service offering provides the ability to create surveys for students, faculty and OHIO staff for the purposes of information gathering, and research. Survey tools allow users to design and distribute surveys via email or text message, manage responses, track participants, apply a custom template, analyze and report on survey results. 

Course Evaluations

The course and faculty evaluations service provides the ability to design, schedule, and distribute faculty and course evaluation surveys to specific students via email, report on, and analyze results

Service Hours and Availability

Support for all Surveys Service offerings is available Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm ET (“normal business hours”), exclusive of OHIO holidays, with response and resolution times as described in the OIT Service Desk Operational Level Agreement (OLA).
