Custom Solutions Roadmap
The Custom Solutions Service Roadmap includes determining OIT's customer billing strategy for departmental solutions, analyzing CRM use cases and costs across OHIO, categorizing solutions by planning unit to determine a support strategy, reviewing rate sheets and updating if necessary, and initiating a new shared governance standing committee.
