Manage your voicemail online using WebInbox)
WebInbox allows you to listen to voicemail messages and manage your account settings online.
Note - If you are having issues using this web interface, try using a different browser.
Setup Email/Text Message Notification
To set up email and/or text message notifications when a voicemail has been left for you.
Note: this option only provides you with the notification, not a voicemail attachment.
Forgot your PIN?
You may contact the IT Service Desk and request that your voicemail PIN be reset to its default. You will need to provide:
- Your OHIO ID
- The phone number associated with the voicemail that needs to be reset
