OIT provides technology support for centrally scheduled and managed classrooms along with other learning spaces. Centrally scheduled classrooms are spaces scheduled through the Registrar’s Office and supported by OIT’s classroom technology support team.

- Adobe Connect - is also a supported web-based video conferencing solution at Ohio University. It is a video conferencing solution that is web-based but can also be set up with additional hardware and design as a multipoint video conferencing solution for instructional purposes. - Ohio University Learning Network (OULN) - is a network of dedicated videoconferencing classrooms on the Athens campus, regional campuses, and regional centers that supports high quality, real time, simultaneous interactions between participants in multiple locations.
- Microsoft Teams - is the Ohio University preferred enterprise solution for web-based video conferencing for both instructional and administrative functions. Microsoft Teams can be used either as a web-based conferencing tool on a desktop or set-up with hardware at additional departmental costs as a multipoint video conferencing solution.
