The Chillicothe Campus is currently experiencing issues with the Telephone System.  Users are unable to make long distance and other off-campus calls. On-campus calls are still in order. Horizon technicians are working on the issue and will restore the system to full service as quickly as possible.

File Sharing Services (Filelocker)

Service Description:

Filelocker allows faculty, staff, and students a convenient, secure way to share large files with other people, both on and off campus.


  • Files stored on Filelocker will expire in thirty (30) days, unless a shorter lifespan is specified.
  • Default quotas are one (1) Gigabyte (GB) and expandable within reason and by request.
  • Maximum file size may not exceed your remaining quota space AND must be less than eight (8) GB.
  • There is no limit to the number of files. The aggregate size must be less than your quota.


Faculty, staff, and students with active OHIO account logins may use this service.
