- Transfer Credit
- Self-service interface for students to access their personal records.
PeopleSoft uses the standard maintenance windows for IT Services with one exception. Once a quarter, we will schedule a longer window from 12:01 am on a Saturday through 7:00 am that following Monday for major system updates. Advance notice will be provided for these quarterly updates.
Employees who have a specific, job-related need for access to student data, as approved by the departments who are responsible for that data.
Anyone with active personal records in the system, including applicants, students, employees who are taking classes, and alumni.
How to Request
No request needed. All applicants and students have access to their own personal records through My OHIO Student Center by default. Student employees are not typically granted administrative access to PeopleSoft, however you can contact the appropriate department (Admissions, Bursar, Financial Aid, or Registrar) to determine your eligibility.
Instructors and Advisors
The Faculty & Advising Center and Textbook apps allow instructors and advisors to access their own course, student, and advisee records by default. No request needed.
To request access to PeopleSoft administrative screens; Class List, Advisee List or Textbook access for someone other than the instructor of record or advisor; or individual access to Class Lists, Advisee Lists or Textbook data for an entire department/school/college/campus, please complete both of the forms below and submit them via email to email@example.com.
