If you are having trouble keeping your Mac laptop or iMac connected to the Ohio University wireless network, you may be experiencing one of two Mac OS WiFi bugs. Both can be fixed by changing your network settings.

Duplicate certificates

If your Mac has more than one security certificate Keychain entry for the OHIO University network, it can cause the connection to drop randomly.

Incorrect security settings

The default security settings on some Mac OS devices can cause your connection to drop when you roam from one university access point to another.

How to fix

Follow these steps to fix your Mac's wireless connection issues.
