OIT provides licensed installations and software purchasing assistance for a variety of software packages to the OHIO community.

Licensed Software
OIT offers several software packages to the University or to specific groups like faculty, staff, or students at no cost. Available titles are listed on OIT's Licensed Software page.
Software Sales
OIT offers several software packages to the University or to specific groups like faculty, staff, or students at discounted rates. Available titles are listed on OIT's Licensed Software page.
Software Negotiations
OIT negotiates software agreements on behalf of the University. This can include both software packages included in the OIT licensed software collection and software used within various departments.
Service Hours and Availability
Support for all Software Service offerings is available Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm ET (“normal business hours”), exclusive of OHIO holidays, with response and resolution times as described in the OIT Service Desk Operational Level Agreement (OLA).
