Get Office

Students, faculty, and staff are eligible to install Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus for free on up to 5 devices. Versions are available for mobile devices, too!

Get safe

Email scammers love to target universities, especially at the start of a semester. Learn how to recognize and avoid common scams. Want to protect yourself even better? Enroll in multi-factor authentication to add mobile app or phone-based verification to your login.

Get mail

Have a colleague, friend or family member send an email to your ohio.edu email address. Log in to https://catmail.ohio.edu and confirm that the message arrived ok.
If the message did not arrive, make sure you're not forwarding your mail.

Get backed up

OHIO's free OneDrive for Business storage is a great way to store files online, share those files and collaborate with other OHIO faculty, staff, and students. Give it a try at https://onedrive.ohio.edu.

Get ready to print

Student printers are available in various locations around campus. Students should add some Bobcat Cash to your ID card to cover printing costs. Faculty and staff have access to departmental printers, or you can use a guest printing card with the student printers.

Get legal

Illegal downloading or sharing of copyrighted files is not allowed on our network. Please disable any illegal file sharing software before you connect to the OHIO wireless or wired network. Services like Spotify, Pandora, iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Prime, etc. are ok.

Got game?

To use a console, smart TV or other entertainment device that doesn't work with eduroam wi-fi, use the Device Registration Tool.
