Adobe Acrobat Reader

View, annotate, and print Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Adobe Acrobat Reader also can be used to fill out interactive PDF forms. If you need to create interactive forms, edit and save existing PDFs, or run accessibility checks on PDFs contact the IT Service Desk to request access to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

How to Install

Windows

  1. Make sure your computer is connected to the OHIO network (wired or eduroam wi-fi for on-campus, VPN for off-campus).
  2. Open your Start Menu.
  3. Choose All Programs | Microsoft System Center | Software Center
  4. Choose Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If your PC is not centrally managed, you can download a free copy of reader from Adobe's website

Mac

  1. Go to your Mac's Applications folder.
  2. Open the Self Service application.
  3. Choose Adobe Acrobat Reader.
