On July 10, we will be hosting Snap Shot, a day of conference style presentations about exciting OIT services and trends.
For the next two weeks, this blog will feature guest posts from the Snap Shot presenters.
We're kicking things off today with two entries: one from Chris Hayes about Filelocker, a secure way to share large files, and one from David Steortz and Jean Demosky about ways we (and you) can track IT support requests.
Other guest posts will look at the flipped classroom, the intersection of IT and pedagogy, choosing and piloting an enterprise-scale system, developing new college web sites, and our evolving anti-virus and anti-malware strategy.
If you like what you see, make sure to come to Snap Shot on July 10 in Baker 503!
